Teens turning anorexic for `perfect shape'

LUCKNOW: An Assocham survey on teenage anorexia has thrown up results that suggest that nearly 25% teenagers in Lucknow follow a diet plan and are anorexic.

According to the study, conducted by Assocham Social Development Foundation (ASDF), youngsters in the age group of 12-25 years use diet pills, fat burners, fast and some even resort to self-induced vomiting, in order to stay slim and look attractive...finish article
